Strawberries.

There's a new Timeless Tuesday at Flourishes today! For this challenge #175, Silke asks us to use our favorite Flourishes stamp along with our favorite die(s) and also our absolute favorite embellishments!! Well.. I have many stamps of Flourishes that I really like a lot, but I chose the Strawberries stamp set, because I just received it and I really love it! I also used the Basketweave Stamp for the background. My favorite Spellbinders die is the biggest of the Floral Ovals set. It's so beautiful! For the embellishments, I love pearls, ribbons, tags, buttons, stitching... So I used all of them! I made a sweet tag with the stamps from the Tiny Flowers and Tags stamp set. I just added a bow from a beautiful May Arts ribbon and also a red velvet ribbon. The tag and the flower button are tied with white twine. I also stitched the edges with my sewing machine.

Pink Cottage.

There's again a new challenge at Waltzingmouse! For this challenge #103, I chose the stamp set called Cottage Home. I love it! I popped the front part of the cottage with dimensional pads. The background of it is made with the Spellbinders Labels Sixteen die. I also stitched the edges with my sewing machine. I just added some twine, a heart charm and pink gems.

Bookmark.

The theme of the Timeless Tuesday #174 is "From the Desk". I decided to make a tag that can be used as a bookmark. This one is very simple, only some die cuts, but no pearls or bows as I wanted it to be flat. I used different papers that I had on my desk, added a white ribbon and some twine. I also stitched the edges. The stamp is from the Ferns & Fiddles stamp set of Flourishes.

White Hydrangea and Butterfly.

This week, at The Shabby Tea Room, Fran is the host and she has chosen the theme of "Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend" along with a beautiful photo for inspiration. Fran asks that we create a card inspired by the colors from the photo and include peals and/or crystals. Here's the card I made:

I punched a lot of these hydrangea flowers with white paper and vellum and put a silver brad in the middle of them. I put some white pearlescent paint on the brads. The base of the flower is made with a Waltzingmouse stamp from the Dainty Doilies - Large set. Then I added two different Spellbinders dies and a vellum doily.  I stitched the edges with my sewing machine and also put a grey velvet ribbon with a little heart charm, a few pearls and a butterfly.

Spring Bouquet.

This month at Flourishes, the Bring Back Beautiful challenge is all about The Beauty of the Rainbow. We just have to combine at least three colors of the rainbow. I chose the beautiful stamp of the Spring Bouquet stamp set of Flourishes. I colored the image in pink, violet, blue, green and a little bit of light yellow colors with my Distress Markers. The base of the bouquet is made with one of the Spellbinders Floral Ovals dies. The lower part part of the background is made with a Cuttlebug embossing folder called Swiss Dots. I also added a white butterfly embossed on vellum. This stamp is from the Gerber Daisies Stamp Set. I stitched the edges with my sewing machine, added a silk bow with a button and a tag. The sentiment on the tag is made with the Tiny Flowers and Tags stamp set.

The Fisherman.

This week at the Timeless Tuesday #173 we are asked to make a project featuring a Father's Day theme. The stamp I used is from the Kids Play stamp set. It's the only set I have that is perfect for a Father's Day. I stitched the edges and just added a little charm and two flags made of yellow velvet. This time I had to take the photo with the flash... sorry... it's just so dark here now!

Here's the sketch I used for this card. It's a sketch designed by Julee Tilman for the Mojo Monday 245.

The Bird and the Cage.

Today is the 17th of June and it's the Blog Party at Waltzingmouse. I made a card with the Asian Gardens stamp set. I first made a turquoise and grey background and then stitched the edges. I made a frame with the Spellbinders Labels Twenty die. I cut all the flowers, the bird and the birdcage by hand and put them on foam tape to give them a 3D effect. The sentiment is also put on foam tape so I still can change it if needed. I also added a little tag with some orange twine. The heart is from the Make Your Mark stamp set. I just put some gems on the flowers and the cage and here is the card:

Isabel.

There's another Noon Time Challenge at Flourishes! This one is called Arts & Letters Challenge. All we need to do is just do what the title suggests... create Art... with Letters! I thought about doing a card for my daughter Isabel... she loves pink! As I don't have any stamps with letters (would love to have these new ones from Flourishes...) I made some white letters with the Sizzix Vintage Market Alphabet die. I used the Spellbinders Romantic Rectangles die to make the white background. I stamped the Antique Lace stamp of Flourishes with pink ink. I made a white embossed vellum butterfly with one of the stamps of the Gerbera Daisies stamp set. I added three pink roses made with the Sizzix Flowers, 3-D die. The leaves are made on vellum with the Tiny Flowers and Tags stamp set of Flourishes. The text on the tag comes from the same stamp set. I also stitched the edges with my sewing machine and made a white bow with a little pink heart.

Violas.

There's a Noon Time Challenge at Flourishes and this time we are asked to pop up a portion of our creation with dimensionals or foam tape. I chose the cute violas from the Botanical Bookplate vol. 1 of Flourishes. I cut the flowers and put them on foam tape to give them a 3D effect. I also put some dimensional pearlescent paint on the middle of the flowers. The white background is made with the Elegance embossing folder of Spellbinders. I just added a bow with a white pearl and here it is:

Pink Tulip.

There's a 10 Minute Creations at Flourishes! I made a first card with the Thank You stamp set of Flourishes. I just colored the tulip stamp with my Distress Markers so it's very quick and no need to color the image. I just added a bow, very easily  and rapidly made with Becca's Peg Bow Maker. I just had to make another card with my watch to be sure to have it done in 10 minutes! You really have to prepare in front of you all the things you need and then just go on! To have it even faster made, you could just do the same card but without the stitching.

And here are the two cards:

Birthday card.

Today I made a card for two new (for me) different challenges! So it's the first time I will enter a card to The Ribbon Reel Challenge #30. I just love the colors we are asked to use! We also have to use ribbon and/or lace. Here's the card I made:

The colors used:

I chose different papers for the background. I added some paper lace made with the Martha Stewart punch. I also put some pink ribbon above the lace. I used my Spellbinders dies to make the white frame (Labels Sixteen) and the Floral Ovals for the pink one. The flower is made with a Sizzix die called Flower Layers #7. I added a Crealies butterfly made with vellum and white paper. The flourishes are from the Waltzingmouse Fancy Flourishes & Scallops & Dots stamp set. The sentiment is made with one of the Waltzingmouse stamp set called Half Pint Heroes. I just added some white twine, a cute little wooden strawberry and some white pearls.

I will also enter this card for the first time to the Sketchbook Saturday Challenge #63. This sketch is so beautiful!

White card.

This week Amanda is the hostess at Flourishes for the Timeless Tuesday #172. She is challenging us to create a White Card with Lace and or Pearls! Well, I've never made a white card before, but here's the card I created:

I embossed the background on vellum with white powder with a Flourishes stamp called Damask Background Stamp. The little shoes and the tag are made with the Hello Baby! stamp set. The leaves are made with a Marianne Design die. I used a Martha Stewart punch to make the paper lace. Finally I added a bow and some white pearls on the shoes and the tag.

I will also enter this card to the Mojo Monday 244-Contest. Here's the sketch of this week:

White Butterfly on Pink Flowers.

This week Waltzingmouse is celebrating their 100th sketch challenge! I wanted to make a very special card for this great challenge. I was inspired with the colors of the brand new Top Mouse Blog Badge, pink and grey. I also wanted to use the stamps I really like a lot and I used 6 different stamps on this card. The first one, on the background is from the Gingham & Co stamp set. I made the base of my flower with one of the Dainty Doilies - Large set stamp. Then I cut many of those cute flowers from the Asian Gardens stamp set. And of course I couldn't forgot the white vellum butterfly... I just love it! I added the beautiful stamp with white pearls behind the butterfly. This one is from the Flourishes - Scallops and Dots stamp set. And as I love little tags I couldn't leave the little heart from the Make your Mark set... I even made another tag for all of you at Waltzingmouse with the cute little mouse! This card took a lot of time to do, a few days... and I also took more than 100 pictures!! So difficult to take good pictures... but I hope you like these!

Here's the one with the little mouse on the tag:

Thank you.

This week at the Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge #171, Mona is the hostess. She would like to challenge all of us to create a Thank You card. I chose the beautiful hydrangea heart from the Hearts & Flowers stamp set of Flourishes. The background of the heart is made of vellum with the Love and Lace stamp set. I added a bow with a little flower, a sentiment made with the Thank You stamp set and three white pearls.

I will also enter this card to the Mojo Monday 243. Here's the sketch of this week:
